There has to be a reason, a cause, a purpose for all of this. Why do we exist? Where did we come from?  Why is it we are the only planet in all the known universe teeming with life?

Job 12:6  "In the hands of God is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind."

Colossians 1:16,17  “ For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, dominions, principalities or powers.   All things were created through Him and for Him.  And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist."  

Do you believe and accept what these verses say ?  The truth that God has created all things – including You ?  Have you ever read the very words of God concerning His masterpiece of Creation ? 

 Genesis 1:29 And God said: “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be food.” (emphasis mine)

Genesis 1:30 “Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so.” (emphasis mine)

These two verses apply to every living creature on our planet, including His greatest miracle and creation: Us!  Pay particular attention to the 3 key phases within each verse, “that yields seed” and “to you it shall be food” and “to everything in which there is life”

God’s divine plan not only in creating all of this, but in making sure He would sustain us and all living things through reproduction and new life, is incomprehensible, inconceivable and light years away from human understanding and knowledge. Every living creature, from insects, plants, trees, birds, animals, fish, and mankind, reproduce so that the cycle of life continues ! All this by a random chance ?   I think not !

Mark this down, highlight it and let it sink in to your heart, your mind and your soul:

We are not here on this earth by some random accident from a gigantic cosmic explosion, nor have we evolved from single organisms that could never have survived the extreme heat. We exist as does everything else on this planet because God created and made it so!!!

Isaiah 55:10,11 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud. That it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish what I please.” (emphasis mine)

Romans 1:20 “For since the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities --His eternal power and divine nature-- have clearly been seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” 

Psalm 104:24 “O Lord, how manifold are your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of your possessions.”

The cycle of life is a true miracle and designed by God’s infinite wisdom and knowledge. Nothing could possibly have come up with such a complex diverse system of working in harmony within all of nature.

Let us also contemplate the unfathomable, incomprehensible, wisdom and knowledge that God alone possesses. Let us all be filled with wonder and awe over His greatness and power to create all of this out of nothing.
